We have a free, internet based club which you are invited to join, where you can talk with others on the Island about your own computer experiences. When you join the club, you will have the ability to create and moderate your own topic based "sub-club" or "suite" which focuses on any topic you wish. This club can be found on the "Club" page at the top of this page.
At Charlottetown PC, you can also obtain assistance and support with starting and maintaining your own web site on the world wide web. Maybe you're interested in putting family photos on the internet so you can share them with long distance family members.
Or, you can create a web site on your favorite hobby which you can share with other enthusiasts around the world. What ever the reason, you can be sure you will have lots of fun creating and updating your site while at the same time, learning more about your hobby from the internet.
Charlottetown PC believes in promoting local Island area non-profit organizations as well. If you belong to one of these, or know of one you would like to promote, including event announcements, please visit the Contact page and let me know.
If they have a web site, we can link to it on our non-profit page, and if not, we can help them get one at a fraction of the cost of most internet design firms.
Charlottetown PC is also interested in supporting local business. This is done through the "Business Focus" page which hosts one business per month, and will provide an in-depth history of the company, it's people, products and services.
On the "Challenges" page, Charlottetown PC will be having periodical Island based computer and internet related challenges which you can feel free to join.
